Hi! Try to drink lots of milk (about 1 litter of milk per day). Drink 3.5 % of fat daily, beer, bear yeast, do exercise to support pectoral muscles....improvement should be visible in about a month...at the beginning I was nearly without breasts as well but it is better now. I heard about plastic surgery...basically it is not even surgery..they take fat from your body..I thing from your tight and they give it by an inject to your breast...it is almost natural, because the fat is from your body and there are not any "fat balloons" more :-) and no scars left ;-)
